I needed some SMA attenuators for my SWR-Wattmeter project. I found the available for abt $7 (2016) on Ebay. These are available in 6, 10, 20 dB version and specified up to 6 GHz. A quick test showed that these were good enough veur op a durp to 1800 MHz.
Although the question how high the maximum usable frequency was. My friend PE1KXH took them to the Weinheim VHF-UHF meeting and returned a nice plot. The 20dB version proofed to be OK to 10 GHz.
